Dr. Jeffery Quaye, OBE Appointed CEO of Arco Academy

Arco Academy is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Jeffery Quaye OBE as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026.

Dr Quaye is a highly experienced educational leader with a strong track record in school improvement, curriculum development, and leadership across multi-academy trusts. He has also contributed nationally through his work with the Department for Education and Ofsted.

He joins Arco Academy with a clear commitment to inclusion and equity, particularly in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). His values align closely with Arco’s focus on high standards, personal responsibility, and holistic development.

Commenting on his appointment, Dr Quaye said:
